Managing Your Account?
You will receive instructions on how to set up your NHCash.com online account during the application process. Once you have created an online account, you will be able to log-in and access your loan information including payments, due dates, available credit and statements. The online portal may also be used to request service on your account such as credit limit increases, drawdowns or to change your payment methods.
Your statements and payment reminders will also be sent to you by email at least 21 days before a payment is due. The statement advises you of the total amount due, due date and recent activity. When you enroll in auto-payments, NHCash.com will send out a payment advisory to your bank account/debit card number on the due date, and a payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account. If you tell your bank to stop the payment, you must contact us right away to set up another method of payment so you can avoid late fees or other issues.
