How We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies to Collect Information

We never store Personal Information in these Flash object files unless encrypted. Deleting cookies does not delete Flash objects. - IP Address: Your IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to the device that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Affiliates. We may share information about you with any NHC affiliates, subsidiaries, or any other entities under common control.
Network Partners. When you submit an inquiry, form, application, or use another service provided through the Site, you may direct NHC to share information, including financial information, about you with non-affiliate network partners that may be able to provide you with products or services that may be available to you. These may include lenders, lead aggregators, lead generation providers, financial institutions, nonbank financial institutions, and/or other third parties in our network that deliver products and services that are relevant to you (collectively, “Network Partners”).
NHC does not guarantee that a Network Partner will make a good or
service available to you credit offer nor does it guarantee the loan or repayment terms
of any offers made. NHC will reasonably obtain confidentiality agreements related to
the information disclosed and obtain assurance that the recipient employs reasonable technological and cybersecurity measures. If you elect to obtain an account with or through a Network Partner and/or provide further information to complete a credit transaction, that sharing will be governed by the respective Network Partner’s privacy and information sharing practices set forth in their privacy policies. If you ultimately use a good or service by the respective Network Partner, that transaction and any terms or
conditions thereto will not relate in any way to your engagement with NHC, under this Online Privacy and Security Notice, or under any other agreement, notice, or obligations created between you and NHC.
Pursuant to the contracts between NHC and its Network Partners, we may also receive information about you from that Network Partner including, but not limited to, the amount or disposition of any goods or services provided. However, NHC will not be the servicer or originator of the loan taken with the Network Partner. NHC and its Network Partners may exchange information about you, your loan terms, and your accounts for any lawful purpose including for the purpose of providing you with information about additional financial services and products. NHC may maintain this information to assist with litigation, regulatory request(s), law enforcement requests, internal analytics, marketing purposes, and any other legally permissible purpose.
Other Business Partners. We also may share information about you with other business partners who offer products and services that we believe you may be interested in. Their privacy and information sharing practices are set forth in their respective privacy policies.
NHC Service Providers. We may share information with service providers and/or vendors that perform certain services on our behalf including, but not limited to, credit bureaus, fraud and intel providers, providers of other consumer reports, debt collection agencies and/or agents collecting on our behalf, servicing agencies, phone/wireless carriers, marketing partners, or entities providing business analysis and/or Site or product support.

- In connection with state and/or federal licensing requirements regarding the reporting of information contained in the loan inquiries we receive from you. You authorize NHC to obtain any and all required information from the entities with whom you have interacted with in connection with NHC in order for us to comply with current laws and regulations as well as with any requests from state or federal regulators. This information could include, but is not necessarily limited to, the loan you selected and the terms of the loan you selected.
- To debt collection agencies that purchase your loan account after it has been charged off.
- We may share information with third parties that is not personally identifying,
such as aggregated or anonymized data, in our discretion, where not prohibited
by law..

No Liability. Our Site may contain links to affiliate and other websites. NHC does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never knowingly collect or maintain information at our website from those under the age of thirteen (13). Security
You can feel safe with NHC. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) to encrypt your personal information during the application process. All application forms you submit to us are transmitted via SSL with a minimum of 128-bit encryption. The online forms you submit to us containing personal information are transmitted securely via XML stream once you hit the submit button. In order to provide operational simplicity, we offer a completely secure website and secure data transmittal and storage. Your application data is hosted on a secure server with secure redundancy. Your personal information that interfaces with our third-party database and electronic funds transfer process are formatted between secure servers. Your files with us are stored on a secure server and only accessed by us within secure online sessions. You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your email address and password combination, so please do not share these with others.
Modification
We may, at our sole discretion, modify or replace any of this Notice at any time without notice. If we make updates to this Notice, we will revise the “Last Updated” date posted at the bottom of the Notice. Any changes to this Notice will become effective when we posted on our Site. Your use of the Site following these changes will serve as acceptance of the revised Notice.
